Shareholder Susan S. Erdelyi to speak at Florida Law Alliance Fall Employment Law Conference

Marks Gray employment attorney, Susan S. Erdelyi will speak at the Florida Law Alliance Fall Employment Law Conference in Fort Lauderdale on November 10, 2017.
Ms. Erdelyi will join Michael Farrell, Esq., Miami District Director of the EEOC, to present Recent Changes in EEOC Investigations at the conference. Ms. Erdelyi recently published a post on the Florida Law Alliance website titled Transparency, Efficiency and the EEOC Portal System.
As the City Attorney for the City of Jacksonville Beach, Ms. Erdelyi represents public entities, including municipalities and counties. She also represents private employers and employees, on a selective basis.
Ms. Erdelyi has litigated claims for wrongful termination, disability, age, race and gender discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, whistle blower, First Amendment discrimination, due process, unpaid wages and other employment and civil rights issues.
