“Energy and persistence conquer all things.”

by | May 23, 2019 | Immigration

“Energy and persistence conquer all things.” That is a lesson from Benjamin Franklin, one of our most influential Founding Fathers. We have used this guidance to keep our passion alive and achieve our immigration clients’ goals.

For example, without this passion, energy, and persistence, we would not have been able to successfully guide and work with our clients through a challenging FY2019 H-1B visa season.

Just a few weeks ago, we received our last pending FY2019 H-1B approval after successfully responding to a Request for Evidence issued in February 2019. With this final case completed, I’m thrilled to say that all of our selected H-1B petitions for FY 2019 have been approved!

I’m grateful for the hard work of our core team — Thyra, Ellen, and Gabbie — and the partnership of our amazing clients.

This energy, persistence, and passion also guides us through this year’s tumultuous immigration processing, which now affects all work visas and green cards. We are tackling the challenges in partnership with our clients. And it’s gratifying to see the approvals coming in.

We are focusing more and more on telling our clients’ stories to make these petitions come alive for the adjudicators. That strategy takes work and time but for now is working.

We know that these are uncertain and stressful times. We’re continuing to provide close support and resources to keep you informed and prepared.
