File Transfer

Instructions for File Transfer:

  • Enter your email address in the “From:” field
  • Enter the recipient(s) email address(es) in the “Recipient(s)” field.  If you are sending the file(s) to multiple recipients, separate the email addresses with a semicolon.  
  • Change the subject line to add a description for the recipient on what you are sending.
  • Add a message in the “Message” box, if desired
  • If you would like to protect your download with a password, enter it in the “Download password” section.  If you set a password, you will have to share it with the recipient.
  • Upload your file(s) by clicking the “Choose File” box and selecting the file on your computer. After selecting it, click “open”.  Up to five files can be uploaded per secure file transfer
  • Under “Download Notice”, select if you would like to be notified when your file is downloaded.
  • Under “Delete Notice”, select if you would like to be notified once your file transfer expired after a selected amount of days.
  • “Restrict to”: Select how many times your file can be downloaded.
  • “Delete after”: Select after how many days your file transfer will expire.
  • “Send me a copy”: Check if you would like to be sent a copy of your file transfer.
  • “Upload notice”: Check if you would like to be notified once your files were uploaded successfully
  • After you entered all information and attached your files, click the “SendThisFile” button. 
  • You will be notified on the next page if your file was uploaded successfully.
