Registered Patent Attorney Mitchell “Mitch” Ghaneie enjoys helping businesses, startups, independent inventors, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurs with protecting their intellectual property. He has the legal training to assist you with any intellectual property law matter. Mitch attended and graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He later received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law before moving to St. Augustine.
Since starting his career as a patent attorney in 2015, Mitch has prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications. His practice primarily consists of searching prior art and trademarks as well as submitting patent and trademark applications. He also assists clients with filing copyright applications, drafting licensing agreements, and other general legal matters, including corporate formation, drafting wills, and drafting various other contractual agreements. He is registered by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.
In addition to Mitch being a patent attorney, he is also an adjunct professor at Florida State University.
