March 2015 Visa Bulletin is Available

The EB2 India cutoff date advances by a year and four months to January 1, 2007.  EB2 China moves ahead by approximately six months to September 1, 2010. Canadian E Visa Process is made Easier

In response to demands from business leaders, the DOS recently streamlined the process to renew E visa applications for Canadians.  Companies registered with the U.S. Consulate General’s E-visa unit in Canada can schedule appointments for their qualifying employees within a few days.
