Dearest Attorney Carson,

Thank you so much for everything you have done. Thank you for taking time to call and share the great news. I honor and value you for your genuine concern and for personally having a relationship with your clients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. More than words can say, I thank you deeply. Thank you most especially for helping not only me and my husband, but also my family back home in the Philippines who depend on me. You don’t know how much that means to them. I-130 Petition, Marriage-Based, Approval and “Green Card” Processing through the National Visa Center with a successful interview at the London Embassy for a U.K. National

Good Morning,

Greetings – I arrived on Thursday in the late evening to a relatively quiet immigration hall. I was advised to line up in the visitor’s line and waited around 5 minutes. I handed my packet and passport over to a very friendly immigration officer. No real questioning beyond the usual. He said congratulations and passed me over to secondary immigration. I waited perhaps another 5 minutes and then a lady came and took my fingerprints and a signature for my green card. Was told to sit back down and wait. 10 Minutes later I was called over to an office. It was explained that I was being issued a 2 year entry and that I will have to file a form 90 days before it expires to have the restrictions removed. And that was it. Really painless! Thank you so much for all your help, we couldn’t have done this without you. I still haven’t really processed the fact I am here!

I-140 Petition, Outstanding Professor and Researcher, and Adjustment of Status/“Green Card” Approval for Romanian Physicist

Hi Giselle,

That’s such great news. Now I can plan my summer vacation. I remember the “let’s start the process” email from you that was sent right after the Independence Day Weekend. I ALREADY GOT THE GREEN CARD by mail yesterday (in about ten and a half months) right before the Memorial Day weekend. The green card is the only document I will need from now on (besides my passport) to reenter the U.S. I’ll travel to Romania this summer. I couldn’t help but ‘turning back time’ almost 12 years when a very young, former high-school teacher arrived in the U.S., with only $400 in his pocket, but with hope, dreams, academic skills and potential and determination to succeed: I have to say that I am pleased and very grateful for how things turned out so far. Thank you so very much for your team’s outstanding work and support with this pivotal “green card” matter!

I cannot be more grateful for Giselle and her team’s outstanding work with my green card application in the EB-1 Preference for Outstanding Professors and Researchers. Giselle was always available to address all my concerns, and her strong motivation contributed significantly to the successful outcome of my case. Her dedication and professionalism are impressive. She, together with her team members Thyra and Lisa, prepared a very strong petition highlighting the contributions of my research work in the field of condensed matter-material physics, my international recognition, publications in peer-reviewed journals, as well as current employer’s need for my services as a professor of physics.

Thank you so very much for your team’s outstanding work with this pivotal green card matter!

I would strongly recommend Giselle to anyone that needs help with an immigration issue.

Giselle and her team successfully helped me get an L1-B visa in 2015. 2 weeks ago, they did it again by having my L1-B upgraded to a L1-A which will create a strong path to get my green card.

Giselle and her team were always there for us during and after the whole process. There is no way I can describe the feeling I had when my approval notice came in the mail. Looking forward to work with the team in the near future. Thanks for all you do.

I have been working with Giselle Carson and her immigration team for a few years and it has been a privilege. She successfully guided and supported us through complex and frustrating immigration challenges, which I will never forget in my life. She responded to questions promptly and educated me and my employer with all possible options. She and her team clearly and effectively worked with us through a difficult H1B extension beyond six years, PERM labor certification and I140 approvals. The services of the Marks Gray Immigration team are not cheap but the value of what you receive is so much more than what they charge. As a result of their work, the course of my life has changed and I have more control of my future.

My sincere thanks and gratitude to Giselle and her team for providing such fantastic services.

Elaborate H-1B transfer from consulting company followed by successful “green card” status

A few years ago I was on an H-1B Visa working for a consulting company. The company hired bargain, disengaged lawyers with whom I never met to file for my Green Card. These lawyers botched my application resulting in a slew of complications which would have resulted in me having to leave the country permanently were it not for Giselle. I switched companies and lawyers and Giselle personally worked with me and my new employer to transfer my H-1B, resolve the issues from the previous filing, and submit a proper filing for my Green Card.

Throughout the re-filing process, I was in constant contact with Giselle and her team which was extremely reassuring given the potential for a dire outcome. My Green Card was eventually approved and Giselle then filed for my spouse’s. Giselle also worked with my brother, my cousin, and their respective employers to file their H-1B’s.

I entrusted Giselle with shepherding me through one of the most precarious situations of my life and she came through. I will forever be grateful to Giselle and the team at Marks Gray.

I have mixed feelings now that all the process of obtaining our permanent residence documentation is over. I will miss exchanging emails and follow up call from Giselle and her very professional and warm immigration team.

“From day one […] there was always a structured format/process to follow but very simple at the same time […] that would not impose a heavy load of tasks on my side or that would affect my work or other activities.

Effective and clear communications, reasonable expectations of the success of the process, but always with the comfort […] that we were in the right hands.

Thank you very much for your professional, supportive and sincere efforts that have made the privilege of obtaining an employment green card possible for me and my family!”

Attorney Giselle Carson of Marks Gray P.A. and her amazing team whom I call “angels” are an absolute pleasure and honour to work with. I feel so very blessed for having them represent myself and my employer. They never gave up on me and from the start, they prepared a strong air tight application on my behalf which benefited my case greatly.

I have had a very long journey with my immigration to U.S.A. due to my country of birth being oversubscribed. It has taken “8 years” before my visa number became available. I never thought it would happen… Once it did, they were there to guide me step by step and Giselle and her team Thyra Reveron and Lisa Grosskruger-Edler are so knowledgeable with their immigration expertise that I was always at ease with every step that we had to take.

They are so friendly and approachable even when we had the 16 hour time difference any questions I had, they answered them as soon as they were able to.

How do you thank a fantastic team of angels when they have changed your life forever?.. there are no words to express it but know that I am forever grateful to Giselle Carson, Lisa Grosskruger-Edler and Thyra Reveron and the whole of Marks Gray team. You have changed my future.

I encourage others needing business immigration legal assistance to reach out to Giselle and her team. Her clients are lucky to have them. To the Marks Gray Immigration Team, I say – Keep up the amazing work you ladies do! You are simply amazing.
