USCIS Temporarily Suspends Premium Processing for H-1B Cap Cases… Again
Giselle Carson Apr 4, 2018 in Immigration
USCIS has announced another temporary suspension of Premium Processing for cap-subject H-1B petitions, including those seeking an exemption for individuals with a master’s degree or higher.
However, unlike last year, they will continue to accept Premium Processing for petitions that are not subject to the cap, including those filed by cap-exempt institutions.
USCIS will announce when they resume premium processing, but the suspension is expected to continue until September 10, 2018.
