We offer representation in the areas of creditor rights, major workouts, and reorganizations, both in and out of bankruptcy. The firm represents bankruptcy trustees, receivers, institutional lenders, banks, finance companies and other creditors in bankruptcy courts throughout Florida. The firm also counsels creditors in all facets of bankruptcy practice, including motions for relief from stay, motions to compel assumption and/or rejection of executory contracts, complaints to deny discharge or except a debt from discharge as well as court appointed receivers in state court foreclosures and liquidations. The firm drafted a “Receiver’s Handbook” to assist clients in fulfilling their duties as receivers.
