Marks Gray shareholder Marianne Lloyd Aho along with Scott Yount of the Tampa firm Garrison, Yount, Forte & Mulcahy, LLC recently obtained summary judgment in favor of their client, City of Daytona Beach, in three lawsuits brought by or on behalf of three city employees who were involved in a catastrophic explosion at a waste water treatment facility.
