Let’s hope it is as easy as pressing 1, 2, or 3!

 USCIS has simplified their 1-800 automated call system. Now instead of listening to and deciding between 10 main menu options, we will be offered 3 options when calling the National Customer Service Center (NCSC).  This change is aimed at preventing misdirected calls and making customer service tools more friendly to you and me, the costumer! The NCSC main number is 1-800-375-5283. See this link for more information.
