In support of Governor Rick Scott’s initiative to attract investors to Florida, Jacksonville city and business leaders are embarking on a pilot program to attract international economic investment. Many of the foreign investors will be granted with EB-5 immigrant investor visas. Ms. Carson provided details on the visa and its advantages for foreign investors, in addition thee are real risks to for the foreign investor.
