Forbes recently highlighted alarming data on how the H-1B adjudicatory process is affecting U.S. businesses and in particular the IT services sector.

- 60% of all new H-1B visa submissions last year received a RFE, and
- 80% of some companies’ H-1B applications have been denied.
This approach has caused unacceptable delays and unpredictability that harms U.S. businesses ability to hire and retain foreign talent to compete in a global economy.
