EB-2 Worldwide Category Retrogression for the First Time in Many Years

The July 2012 Visa Bulletin shows an unprecedented EB-2 worldwide cutoff date of January 1, 2009. Should there be a sharp increase in the current demand pattern, this category could be made completely unavailable.
