The FY 2014 H-1B Cap has been reached!

The FY 2014 H-1B Cap has been reached!  USCIS announced Friday that they have received a sufficient number of petitions for the 65,000 regular H-1B Visa limit and more than 20,000 petitions for the H-1B Masters cap.  They are no longer accepting 2014 H-1B petitions.  USCIS will conduct a random “lottery” to determine which petitions will be processed. USCIS has not said when this lottery will take place but is planning to release more information […]
