Michael Kendall argued before the Florida Supreme Court on Friday, September 7, 2012. Michael and Marks Gray attorney Mary Bland Love represented a physician who was sued for medical malpractice. Michael and Mary successfully obtained a summary judgment in favor of their client from the trial Judge in Jacksonville.
