Department of Justice issued do’s and don’ts for employers on Social Security Number “no-match” letters

The Department of Justice’s Office of Special Counsel for Immigration-Related Unfair Employment Practices recently issued the following do’s and don’ts for employers on Social Security Number “no-match” letters.
