Shareholder Crystal T. Broughan Reappointed to the INTA Law Firm Committee

Marks Gray is pleased to announce the International Trademark Association (INTA) has appointed Shareholder Crystal T. Broughan to the law firm committee for a second term beginning January, 2018. The INTA is the global association of trademark owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and related intellectual property in order to protect consumers and to promote fair and effective commerce. INTA committee members drive the initiatives and programs of the Association. The law firm committee develops member benefits, services and programs specifically designed for law firms. Mr. Broughan was originally appointed to the law firm committee in 2016. 

Ms. Broughan’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property matters such as trademarks, trade secrets, copyright infringement cases and domain name disputes.  She prepares and files trademark and copyright applications, licensing agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements for a wide variety of clients. In addition, she represents clients before the Trademark Trials and Appeals Board on trademark disputes and the World Intellectual Property Organization on domain name disputes.
