Marks Gray is pleased to announce Shareholder and Business Immigration attorney Giselle Carson was unanimously elected as Chairwoman by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) Board of Directors on September 25, 2017.   Jacksonville Aviation Authority Board of Directors is comprised of seven members.
