Kristine M. Scott is an associate who practices primarily in the area of wills, trust, estate planning, and wealth planning. Ms. Scott advises businesses and individuals on asset protection, estate, and tax planning and business and corporate matters.
Ms. Scott received her B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University in 2013 and her J.D., cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2016, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. Ms. Scott was a Dean Scholar and a member of the Honors Society and Dean’s List. She later earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, graduating among the top 10 of her class.
Ms. Scott received numerous book awards while in law school including, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Professional Responsibility and Lawyering Process for Transaction Practice, along with Partnership Taxation during her LL.M. program.
She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association where she serves on the Elder Law, Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust law sections.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two German Shepherds and watching Florida State football.
