Kristine M. Scott is an associate who practices primarily in the area of wills, trust, estate planning and wealth planning. Ms. Scott advises businesses and individuals on asset protection, estate and tax planning and business and corporate matters.
Ms. Scott received a LL.M. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2017, where she was in the top 10% of her graduating class. She received a B.S. from Florida State University (2013) and J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law (2016). During law school, Ms. Scott was a member of the Honors Society, Dean’s List and Dean Scholar.
Ms. Scott received numerous book awards while in law school including; Trusts and Estates, Spring 2015; Professional Responsibility, Spring 2015; and Lawyering Process for Transaction Practice, Spring 2015. She also authored a L.L.M. tax policy paper, “Donating Dog Food and Section 170: A Means to Tackle the PTSD Epidemic.”
She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
