Frederick Kent concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate and secured/ real estate lending. He represents both corporate and individual clients in connection with the purchase and sale of real estate and also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with the financing for the purchase and construction of improvements on real estate.  His practice also includes residential real estate matters, construction and construction lien law, mortgage/ lien foreclosures, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, title insurance and clearing of title defects.  Mr. Kent also supports other areas of the firm's commercial practice including commercial litigation and estate and probate matters.

Mr. Kent is AV-rated by MartindaleHubbell and is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar's Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Mr. Kent has been in private practice in Jacksonville since his graduation from law school.  He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  Mr. Kent is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
