Michael Kendall’s practices focus on representing insurance companies, hospitals, government entities, and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation.  He also represents clients in Medical Malpractice defense litigation, General Litigation, and Workers’ Compensation. 

Mr. Kendall attended the University of Southern Indiana where he received his B.S. in Psychology (1997), and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Dayton School of Law.  During his studies, he served as President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity (1999-2000), and was a Semi-Finalist in the Walter Rice Moot Court Competition (1999), and was a member of the school's National Moot Court Team (1999-2000). 

Mr. Kendall was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, and Federal Bar of the Middle District of Florida.   He served as a Judicial Staff Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit from 2000-2003.   Mr. Kendall has been named a Rising Star in 2010 and 2011 by Florida Super Lawyer®.

In addition to his time in the office, Mr. Kendall also serves the community as an active volunteer for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville. In addition, he is an adjunct professor of Lawyering Processes at the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL where he teaches first year students legal research and writing.
