Mr. Bittner’s practice focuses on litigation and business practice including all aspects of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and business law. He also practices personal injury defense including automobile, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Bittner represents corporate clients and individuals in a variety of different business disputes, including complex commercial litigation, business torts, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, restrictive covenants, contract actions, employment matters, and pre-judgment and post-judgment collections.

Mr. Bittner received his Juris Doctorate with honors in 2003 from University of Florida College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University. Mr. Bittner is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Mr. Bittner is a member of the Jacksonville and Florida Bar Associations, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, and the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel. He is also an associate member of the American Inns of Court, Chester Bedell Inn of Court (2008-2009). He serves as a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville.
