On October 4th, USCIS launched a Spanish-language version of I-9 Central, an online resource center providing information and assistance related to the Form I-9, the most frequently accessed form on USCIS.gov. DOJ Settles with Tampa Company Over E-Verify Misuse

On September 27, 2012, the Department of Justice (DOJ) settled a claim against Diversified Maintenance Systems (DMS), a Tampa based company, over allegations of discriminatory employment practices.  DMS terminated an employee after receiving a data mismatch from E-Verify.
