Marianne Aho, a Shareholder at Marks Gray,  was recently named Vice-Chair of The Florida Bar’s 4A Grievance Committee.   The committee investigates complaints against attorneys and determines whether probable cause exists for alleged bar rule violations warranting trial or other disposition.  The Grievance Committee procedure is a crucial part of regulating attorneys by the Florida Bar. Ms. Aho has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1990.

Proposed H-1B Electronic Registration System to Reduce Costs for U.S. Businesses

Good news for US employers hiring foreign workers! – USCIS will publish a proposed H-1B electronic registration system rule that is expected to cut costs and labor for US businesses when filing employees’ petitions.
